Wanda Louise Morrison, 83, of JacksonvilleFree Access


Wanda Louise Morrison, 83, of Jacksonville went to be with the Lord on Feb. 21.

She was born in North Little Rock on June 25, 1939, to the late Dewey Horton and Iva Jenkins-Horton.

Wanda was proud to be a Native American Cherokee. She enjoyed watching game shows and crafting and especially loved her animals. Wanda was a supporter of any and all animal fundraisers. If there was an animal in need or a special fundraiser, she would always donate and help out when she could. She was a very giving woman and never hesitated to help those who needed it. She truly will be missed by those who knew and loved her.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Steven Morrison. She leaves behind her nieces, Linda Holmes and husband Gordon; a great-nephew, Jeremy Holmes and wife Jenny; and a host of friends and extended family members.
