Former Lonoke County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Michael Davis, 30, was charged with felony manslaughter on Friday in the shooting death of unarmed, 17-year-old, Hunter Brittain of McRae during a traffic stop at 3 a.m. on June 23 along Hwy. 89 near Sandhill Road.
